Chinese Spinach Jade Dragon Hook, 18th Century

A Chinese spinach jade dragon hook dating to the 18th century. The hook is carved with a Chilong, and it is set into a 14K gold brooch.

Dimensions are: 2 1/2 inches tall X 5/8 inches wide, 6.4 cm X 1.6 cm. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: It is in good condition.

Provenance: From Mrs. Hillebrand in Chicago, Illinois. Her father-in-law purchased these items in China and Hong Kong between 1935 and 1970. This lot is part of Mrs. Hillebrand's sixth consignment with Oakridge Auction Gallery.
