Chinese Underglaze Blue and Red Zun, 19th Century

A Chinese underglazed blue and red zun dating from the 19th century. The body features multiple registers of lotus tracery decoration with the Buddhist emblems. A pair of dragon-form handles flank the neck.

Dimensions are: 19 inches tall X 15 1/2 inches wide, 48.3 cm X 39.4 cm. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: There is a large, significant area of breakage, cracking, and repair to the rim. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
