Chinese White Jade Pond Scene, 18th Century

A Chinese white jade carving of a lotus pond scene dating from the 18th century. The carved lotus leaves, flowers, and pods encircle a frog and snails.

Dimensions are: 3 1/2 inches tall X 3 inches wide, 8.9 cm tall X 7.6 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: It is in good condition.

Provenance: From a Dr. Wang in Northern California. Dr. Wang is a retired professor from the School of Business at California State University.
