Chinese archaic bronze covered ritual, You, wine vessel. Band of relief design on body just below mouth rim, and another near foot of vessel.The handle with matching pattern decoration is attached with 2 animal heads, and the lid has an incised "eye" pattern and is surmounted by a knob pattern in the shape of a bud (may be later addition). Yellowish green patina. 6 1/2"H x 5 1/4"W x 3 1/4"D (handle down)
