Chinese silk court tunic, embroidered with flying crane panel to the back, surrounded by further flying cranes and above a dragon, deep silk tassel fringe.Condition Report Very delicate all over with historic stitching and repairs. The seams are very weak in places and have worn through so the collar element looks quite finely attached with the pale blue lining showing through; the broad silvered outline is heavily worn in places. All over random snags to the embroidery elements. The silk firing appears near complete but is coming away slightly.
