Rectangular wooden case, walnut veneered, moulded all around, rounded corners, brass decoration, bronze handles on the sides, crank in the front area to wind up the drive as well as stop and start, built-in spring mechanism to drive the musical movement as well as the tree holder, when the discs are played, the tree slowly rotates with it, plus 10 tin plates, device plays very nicely and powerfully, some of the plates are hooked (to check), very nice device in good original condition, manufacturer ‘Fa. Eckart Stuttgart’, model “Edelweiß” plates diameter 18cm, h. approx. 27cm, w. 45cm, d. 28cm
