Condition Report:
All collage elements are stable. There is some slight discolouration to the sheet and tape elements. All other surface irregularities are in keeping with the artist's working process and use of found media. Very close inspection of the artist's Plexiglas frame reveals some superficial scuffs and scratches in places and some small cracks in places on the overturn edges.
