Christofle - Cutlery set for 12 (101) - Vendôme Shell - Silverplate

Complete housewife for 12 people Christofle model Vendôme Silver metal shell in its wooden 4-drawer furniture.
This collection, in Louis XIV style, was created in 1960 and is decorated with a stylized scallop shell. It is a classic and timeless design that will put the spotlight on your holiday tables.

This set was given to my parents for their wedding and my grandfather, an art cabinetmaker, made the piece of furniture without nails or screws, only using mortises and tenons. All the drawers are covered with red felt and designed for storing cutlery without them touching each other. Furniture dimensions: 40 x 40 x 40 cm.
