Magnificent Orly model cutlery set created by Lino Sabattini for the Christofle house consisting of 39 pieces for 8 people.
Launched by his mentor Gio Ponti during an important solo exhibition in Milan in the early 1950s, Sabattini became creative director of the great Parisian house between 1956 and 1963.
This cutlery set is in good condition but with normal signs of wear and is missing a dessert fork.
