Beautiful ladle with a pearl edge, from the famous silver house: Maison d'Haute Orfèvrerie Christofle® (Paris) .
This concerns the Perles model:
The ladle is part of Christofle's historical collections. 'Perles' gracefully adopts one of the typical ornaments of the Louis XVI style. A delicate interplay of pearls in semi-relief lines the edge of the soup serving spoon as if it were a necklace.
The 'Perles' line is still available from the authorized Christofle dealer; This also applies to this ladle for (new) €405.
The ladle is in very good condition, heavy quality, and has a beautiful shine.
The ladle bears the mark that Christofle used between 1935 and 1983; (A chess piece knight flanked by an O on the left and a C on the right) .

Dimensions: Length approx. 33 cm, Width approx. 9. 2 cm.
Weight: approx. 255 grams.
