- Vintage Alfred Dunhill 0. 900 Solid Silver cigar cutter, A Rare item - Designed by Charles Louis Eloi Pernet, slim design, early 1930 - - Eloi Pernet, a third-generation knife maker from Biesles, France. He established Eloi Pernet in 1920 and by 1925 had become well known, making products for Hermès, Dupont, Vuitton and Dunhill. Pernet created designs with intricate detail on a small scale, often using antique silver coins.
