Circa 1930 Phoenix Glass 'Love Birds' lamp

Phoenix Glass 'Love Birds' lamp, circa 1930, the shouldered form executed in amber and clear satin cast glass with pairs of lovebirds perched together on branches, the whole resting on a carved wooden Chinese style base, with a metal cap and stem leading to two sockets with pull chains, vase 10"h x 8.5"dia, overall with custom shade 25.5"h x 17"w., base 7"dia. This pattern was designed in 1926 by Reuben Haley for Consolidated Lamp and Glass Co. Consolidated's molds were used by Phoenix Glass during the Depression.
