Imperial Yellow Ground Embroidered Silk Kang Cover, Circa 1890, decorated mainly with peaches, symbols of longevity. The fruits are executed in shades of cream, peach, pink and red, in counted stitch, with scrolling lotuses, and bats, over an imperial yellow gauze ground, backed with yellow silk.
Dimension: 39" x 50" (99 x 127 cm).
