. Re-lined, cleaned and re-varnished. The paint is slightly thin in places as a result of the restoration process and the weave of the canvas has become potentially more apparent, particularly within her decolletage. There is evidence of fine and relatively minor re-touching, presumably to old flaked paint, sparingly across the surface. Fine stable craquelure within background.
