No visible signature, attributed to the circle of Carlo Maratta, a three quarters profile portrait of a woman holding a painter's palette in her left hand, late Baroque period, late 17th - early 18thC, on the verso the inscription: 'fille de Charles Maratta par Charles Maratta Galleria Corsini Roma' as well as a red wax seal, probably referring to the former collection, oil on linen, 50 x 64 cm cm

Condition: - restoration of a crack on the left shoulder and in the right upper corner.
- some overpaint on the left shoulder and left hand.
- some craquelé surrounding the three-quarters profile.
- furthermore, in our opinion, the work appears in good and hangable condition.
