Condition Report:
The canvas has been relined and is slightly slack on the stretcher. There is a stretcher mark visible in a raking light running through the centre of the work. There is a small loss to the sitter's dress, centre left. Some light surface dirt. Ultraviolet light reveals scattered retouching throughout. In overall reasonable restored condition.
