Citroën - 2cv6 Charleston - 1983

[ translate ]

Citroën 2cv6 Charleston from 1983. Imported from Germany in the Netherlands in 1992. It comes with a complete, active Dutch registration. All booklets are included. It has 110,000 km on the counter, with counter report. A tram drove into the back of it in late 1999! The Charleston has been in storage since, waiting to be restored. So it’s been off the road for 21 years! The engine runs on Start Pilot, the 2cv brakes and the clutch works. But of course everything will have to be checked after 21 years! Another rear wing, boot lid, bumper, bumper supports and rear lights are included. All used. The bumper supports are new. A rubber mat is missing and the headlights were placed loose on top for the photos. Who's going to sort out this Charleston? Definitely worth the investment! The rear left chassis leg is slightly angled. The rest of the chassis has had plates welded before, but is certainly usable. The 4 doors and bonnet are good and hard. The body seams on the roof are hard, they are hard around the windscreen, even the ventilation flap is hard. The sills and bottom are also in quite hard condition. There’s a bad spot on the bottom front left and an old repair, the right sill has a rusty section. Of course the odd spot in places, but that makes sense given its age. All original though and not tinkered with! It is recommended to view the car prior to placing a bid in order to prevent disappointment. Please contact Catawiki to schedule an appointment. The Charleston is in Vlissingen, the Netherlands. It can be viewed and picked up there. Of course I can help you with transport and arrange any necessary export papers.
