Red metallic combined with a silver metallic painted roof containing an original Hollandia sliding roof, a very rare option on the DS.

The DS has the following options:

- Electric sliding roof from Hollandia
- Lode H1 lamps, an option for the Pallas
- Black leather interior with optional headrests and corresponding cushions

-“long” 5-speed gearbox for a pleasant speed on the road

The DS has been prepared for daily use by a Citroën mechanic, the car is in good condition and all major work that can occur on a DS has been done and/or renewed.

To get the car into a reliable condition, the injection system, which is prone to failure, has been replaced by a 2300 engine with carburetor combined with a 5-speed gearbox. This gives the DS more power and lower speed when driving on the highway, as a 5th gear can now be selected.

Below is a list of items that have been replaced/installed:
- Engine overhauled 02-2023 (now 10,000 km further)
- New bearings, piston rings, oil pump, cylinder head overhaul with surfaces, new exhaust valves, complete
engine gasket set
- New coupling
- Replace steering rack covers
- Gasoline pump
- Completely new exhaust system
- Working temperature gauge
- Chassis treated and painted with chassis lacquer
- New radiator with 4 cooling rows for optimal cooling
- Front brake caliper overhaul
- Recent battery installed
- Replace all drive shaft covers
- New front brake discs and new brake pads
- All cooling water and fuel hoses
- Engine mounts overhauled
- 4 new tires and balancing

The interior needs to be thoroughly addressed, as does the entire bodywork, which requires various paintwork and respraying to turn it into a really beautiful DS Pallas. The bottom and sills are rock hard.

The DS21 has been used as a daily car, it runs perfectly and is extremely reliable, so it is a car you can rely on. The DS drives fine.
