Civil War Albumen - 8th Infantry Drum Corps

Albumen of ten infantry musicians identified on the obverse as “Drum Corps of the 8th Regt.” and an undetermined state or Regular attribution. The note further reads “George. Mother keep this clean and have it framed.” Two fifers, seven drummers, and a probable drum major or principal musician comprise the group.
