Civil War Foot Officer's sword measuring 36.5" (blade 30.5"). Ricasso marked "HORSTMANN, PHILADELPHIA". Blade exhibits etching and has been significantly polished. Wire wrap on grip loose. Leather scabbard exhibits break between throat and hanger. Scabbard also exhibits taping. Provenance: Eugene T.
