Gay Welker The World Around Us #5 The Illustrated Story of Space Cover Painting Original Art (Gilberton, 1959). A fantastic pre-Moon Landing view of what we expected space travel to be like. In many ways, it was fairly accurate. The breathtaking piece was created in oil and signed in the lower left of the 14.25" x 22.5" matted image area. Glass front framed to 22" x 30.5".
