Claudio Rolfi was born in Genoa in 1960. Since his early works it is possible to see how much the 20th-century Italian art fascinated him with great masters such as Casorati, Carrà, de Chirico. TV broadcasts were dedicated to him, and he was interviewed by televisions, newspapers, and radios. Among the most important artistic events we can mention the great exhibition “Centoeventigiorni”, held in Santa Maria degli Angeli, Rome, in 2002, opened in the presence of Mrs Franca Ciampi and Walter Veltroni with the participation of the most important Italian personalities of politics and show business. His works have been used for about 4 years as sets for the Rai 3 broadcast GEO.
