Distilled in 1952 then housed in barrels for more than thirty years and finally in lightning ten years, this rum was bottled at Habitation Clément in 1991. Its tasting offers subtle and fine aromas of flowers and dried fruits, then a woody note before a last note of liquorice appears for this round rum and exceptionally long in the mouth. A must ! In very limited series with numbered bottles. It is appreciated more served at room temperature in a glass tulip.
