Silver tripod coffeepot with ovoid shape. It rests on feet ending in lion's paws, with palmetto decorations at the top. At the shoulder, frieze of water leaves. Spout in the shape of a stylized horse's head and decorated with palmettos. Ornate lid edged with a frieze of water leaves and at the top, a finial in the shape of a pine cone. ebony handle Silver 950/1000, Old Man hallmarks, 1819-1838.
