Coffee table - - A Handcrafted Moroccan Zellige Mosaic Coffee Table
This striking round Moroccan table was entirely handcrafted by skilled artisans in Agadir, Morocco, using the traditional zellige mosaic technique.
The tabletop is composed of individually cut and laid glazed terracotta tiles in a rich, luminous orange colour. Their natural variations in tone, texture and reflection create a lively surface that changes beautifully according to the light. The fine pale joints emphasise the geometric grid pattern and highlight the authentic handmade character of the piece.
The vibrant ceramic top is supported by a slender black metal frame, creating an elegant contrast between traditional Moroccan craftsmanship and contemporary minimalist design.
Both decorative and functional, this table can be used as a coffee table, side table, occasional table, plant stand or statement piece. Its warm orange colour works particularly well in Mediterranean, modernist, bohemian, eclectic and mid-century-inspired interiors.
This is a newly produced artisanal piece and has never been used. Each zellige tile is shaped, glazed and positioned by hand. Slight differences in colour, surface, alignment and texture are natural characteristics of genuine handmade zellige and make this table completely unique.
