Col. Tom Parker's 14K Yellow and White Gold "Aloha From Hawaii" Snowman Cufflinks From Bernard Hurtigs Boutique W/Original Pouch and Letter From Priscilla Presley - These snowman cufflinks are made of 14k yellow and white gold with diamond and ruby accents. The cufflinks were purchased by Elvis on one of his many trips to Hawaii with Colonel Tom Parker, at Bernard Hurtigs Boutique in Honolulu. Elvis loved the Hawaii, filming three films there and performing on many occasions including the first world-wide telecasted live performance ever, the "Elvis, Aloha from Hawaii" TV special. These cufflinks are referred to as the "Aloha From Hawaii Snowmen" and were a gift to commemorate the success of the television special. These cufflinks were custom made and were fitting to the Colonel's nickname the "Snowman". The snowmen are even smoking cigars, which Parker was known to partake in. They were discovered with the original Bernard Hurtigs pouch which will be included with the lot. This piece was acquired from the Lost Jewelry Collection of Elvis Presley and Col. Tom Parker, which was thought to have been lost for decades. This item, as with the entire Lost Jewelry Collection, has never been offered at auction or to the public. The piece will come with a letter from Ms. Priscilla Presley who has served as an expert consultant on this collection. Measurements: front piece-1.25" x 0.75", length-0.75". Please note: The auction house has a financial interest in this lot. Announcements, descriptions, and disclosures can change up until the time the bidding ends on the item. (WEIGHT:19.1 grams)
