group of 8 leaves, comprising: (i) large panel signed Ghulam' Reza, dated 1302, 3 lines of large black nasta'liq, spiralling gilt designs surrounding text, 290 by 290 mm.; (ii) panel signed Hifiz Nur, single column, quatrain of verse in diagonal black nasta'liq, with interlinear colouring in gilt, a little rubbed and creased, 195 by 100 mm.; (iii) panel signed Muhammad Mirza, single column of 7 lines of fine black nasta'liq copied on marbled paper, very attractive piece, 210 by 130 mm.; (iv) calligraphic panel on enamel board, 7 lines of black nasta'liq on gilt background, 195 by 110 mm.; (v) panel signed Ghulam Reza, single column, 4 lines of black shekasteh script, on marbled paper with gilt interlinear decorations, 180 by 110 mm.; (vi) panel with 4 lines of black nasta'liq, interlinear colour in gilt, outer decorations in silver (now rather oxidised), 150 by 100 mm.; (vii) panel with 4 lines of gilt nasta'liq, 140 by 80 mm.; (viii) panel signed Malik Qhasem, single column containing 4 lines of black nasta'liq, ruled in gilt with turquoise border, 200 by 115 mm.; all but the last in modern card mounts, framed and glazed
