Andrea Navagero (1483-1529) was a Renaissance poet and humanist. He worked for a time with Aldine Press, and he served as historian of the Venetian Republic. Navagero's portrait was painted by Raphael, indicating his notability during his lifetime.

Condition Report: Vellum with edgewear including losses at bottom edge, several wormholes, title on spine extremely faded; manuscript and bookstore sticker on title page, scattered foxing, paste-downs with ink marks and wormholes/trails, occasional small stain, one tiny wormhole impacting numerous leaves, missing front free endpaper.
