Collection of US Eagle "I" Buttons

Collection of 32- eagle "I" United States infantry buttons mounted on cardboard sheet with backmark information written on reverse in manuscript pencil. Collection includes 26-coat sized and 6-cuff/kepi sized buttons. Buttons are predominantly Albert's GI85 and GI88 with 2 examples being silver plated. Of special note is a GI86A hard rubber eagle "I" button backmarked "N.R.CO/GOODYEAR'S PT 1851". Provenance: Eugene T.
