Collection of Weishar Moon and Star Pattern Opaque and Iridescent Glass Dresser Boxes

An assortment of pressed glass dresser boxes and trinket jars in the Moon and Star pattern, also known as Palace. The group includes items in two distinct glass compositions: an opaque white milk glass with an iridescent carnival glass finish and an opaque light pink slag glass with subtle marbling. The pattern features a repeat of circular recessed moons containing multi-pointed star motifs around the bases, complemented by teardrop and petal designs on the fitted lids. Included with the collection are printed paper inserts from Weishar Enterprises. One insert is titled Weishar ENTERPRISES and identifies the company as Makers of the Famous: Moon and Star Collectable Line and Moon and Star Miniatures. The text further states that in 1993, Weishar Enterprises introduced this line using original molds, slightly altered to include the Weishar signature.Interior length of oval box: 6.5 inches.
