German Area, Mint/Used Collection of States, Reich, BRD & DDR, 1849-1996, A clean collection in four Scott Specialty albums with stamps in black mounts; Reich is lacking but some better items, like mint #B91-92 & C38, but almost entirely mint and highly complete collections of West Germany (1952-96), Berlin (1955-87) and East Germany (1949-82). Another volume is for States, Colonies, Plebiscites, and WWI & WWII Occupied Areas. Most striking is a virtually complete used collection of the Occupation of Serbia, but because of the high volume of forged cancellations, you can have a look online and decide for yourself, overall Fine to Very Fine.
