Colt Commander 1911 Lightweight .38 Super Semi-Auto Pistol
Manufactured by Colt in 1973, this semi-automatic pistol is chambered in .38 Super, combining a smaller lightweight design in a model 1911 platform. Features a 4-1/4" barrel with low profile notch and blade sights. Distinctive two-tone finish of a blued slide over an alloy frame in a black finish. Left side of the slide is marked "COMMANDER MODEL / COLT / 38 SUPER AUTOMATIC" and the Colt single line address on the right. Semi-automatic single action with a serrated skeletonized trigger, manual thumb safety and grip safety. Fitted with smooth walnut grips with black and gold tone Colt medallions. Includes a factory marked blued, 8-round magazine, original hanging tag, factory paperwork, bushing wrench and comes in the original box with the Custom Shop gold label. CALIBER/GA: 38 Super.
