Commode - Louis XVI - Oak, Satinwood - Late 18th century
Beautiful Dutch cabinet made of oak that is plastered with very beautiful veneer of satin wood, the cabinet has piping that is made of ebony and boxwood and is finished with a wax finish. It has a beautiful front and stands on the distinctive tapered legs. Due to wood-warping, some slight cracks have arisen as can be seen in the pictures but they are not disturbing. The cabinet can be delivered at an appropriate fee.
