Prescott, published by John W. Lovell Co., NY, [1843], Vols I & II, 467 pages and 490 pages, with front page embossed inscription "Fay Leone Faurote" and handwritten inscription "To Harry from F. L. Faurote/ Fay/ Fin from Scott June 30, 1892/ Charles [...] Sept. 23d 1893 Gift of Mrs. S. Kene."

Dimensions are: a) 7 1/2 in (19.1 cm) long X 5 in (12.7 cm) wide; b) 7 3/8 in (18.7 cm) long X 4 3/4 in (12.1 cm) wide. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: a) edge wear; b) edge and surface wear to covers, cracks at top 1/2 inch of spine .
