Fr. CC-17DT. A deep black boldly printed crisp note that has a lovely sharp appearance and good color. The margins are full on both the face and back though tight at the face side bottom edge. The Continental Congress text promises: "This Bill entitles the Bearer to receive SEVEN SPANISH MILLED DOLLARS, or the Value there-of in GOLD or SILVER, according to a Resolution of CONGRESS, passed at Philadelphia November 29, 1775." Very nice color.
