Condition Report: In "as is' estate condition. Abrading along edges, a few scattered surface scratches, and pinprick-sized losses. Visible old filled hole upper center. Overall abrading to paint surface, revealing texture of wood in places. Evidence of past restoration: small scattered areas of inpainting throughout.
