Provenance: Carrio Malony, Hinsdale, Michigan, April 28, 1964; Jackson and Susan Simpson, purchased at Northeast Auctions, Portsmouth, New Hampshire, 1980's; Kathy Taylor, Arborway, Jamaica Plains, Massachusetts.
