This vintage rectangular shape Continental silver-plate trinket box is beautifully designed with an elaborate scenic lid cover. The hinged lid cover features three framed panels of detailed views of life in the Netherlands. Side panels are decorated with scrolled framed shields accented with sculpted wild roses. The interior of the box has a wonderful green moire silk lining in excellent condition. The footed trinket box bears two hall marks on the bottom. There is a triangle within a triangle punch mark which may be double struck & a punch mark showing a standing lion in profile facing left. The box is in very good condition with wear on the bottom.2 1/2" tall X 6" long X 2 7/8" wide
