Zt. mit Umschlaglasche. - Manuskript mit zahlreichen beglaubigten Abschriften von Notariatsurkunden, meist die Besitzungen der Familie de Rubeis (Rossi) und Mastrella in Cori (früher Cora) betreffend. Enthalten sind unter anderem ein Testament und ein Grundrißplan der Weingüter. - Die Invokation der Urkunden oft mit Auszeichnungsschrift hervorgehoben, die Urkundentexte und Beglaubigungen von verschiedenen Händen in Antiquakursive geschrieben.
Condition: - Block vom Einband gelöst, Bindung in Auflösung begriffen, etw. fleckig. - Italian manuscript on paper. Dated Cori (Latium), 07. April 1752 - 1814. With coat of arms on the title und page sized map (both in ink drawing). Manuscript with numerous certified copies of notarial deeds, mostly concerning properties of the family de Rubeis (Rossi) and Mastrella in Cori (formerly Cora). Included are, among other things, a will and a ground plan of the vineyards. - Block detached from cover, binding in disintegration, somewhat stained. - Damaged contemporary flexible vellum with cover flap. - premium 28% (tax included)
