English Cottages, Large Landscape, Signed Oil British schooled artist 'Nick Bradley-Capture' 20th Century Signed by the artist on the lower left hand corner, signed verso Oil painting on canvas, framed Framed size: 35 x 25 inches Idyllic scene of traditional English cottages, near a little stream. Although we do not know the exact location of this landscape we believe it could show a Cotswolds view (where we are based!), we assume the artist painted this whilst staying with friends, and the boys in the distance are of children he knew as he has written a note on the back dedicating the painting to friends. The brush work of this impressionist painting is very pleasing, he has created an almost 3D effect using his brush strokes and thickness of the oil, for the brick and roof detailing etc. Condition report: The painting and frame are in lovely condition.
