Crucifix (1) - Biedermeier - Silver - 19th century

Sterling silver table crucifix From Germany, Biedermeier period (19th century) . Refined workmanship, has a beautiful medallion depicting the Virgin and Child and it is bolted inside, as can be seen from the photos. Even the cross is screwed and this is typical of the time. The object has a hallmark as shown in the photos but I could not identify it; anyway it has been assayed with the reagent and this is shown in two photos. Weight 355 grams, height 23 cm, width 9 cm. The cross measures 15 x 8 cm. The item will be packed and shipped with care. Any customs duties will be at the buyer’s expense.
