A late 19th century German Cuckoo clock with exposed oversize Songbird at crown. 30-hour spring driven time and strike automaton movement with carved wooden dial and Roman numerals on porcelain markers, painted songbird at crest. Oak case with upper songbird over a reticulated body with carved Oak Leaves and Pheasants. Older finish with wear and minor damage, restored songbird, running when cataloged. Approx 24 1/2" high.
