Very special Chinese cabinet. A lust for the eye. The cabinet has a very special lock and makes it really unique. Just try to find a lock like this. I don't think you will. The lock works as follows. You insert it then turn it down and pull the key towards you and then you can open or close it. The case has been untreated, in the sense it has not been refurbished, because I liked it better. For example, there are Jewish stars in different places on the inside. This was not done by me. The case has signs of wear. The cabinet is missing one of the 3 locks. Two pieces of copper batter are missing. I have never had this cabinet viewed by an expert, so I don't know everything. It could be that there is something on the year? Or a reference to an emperor, take a good look at the lock. The cabinet is from before 1900. I have tried to find the same type of lock on the internet but I did not succeed. In my view therefore also very rare or not unique. The cabinet can be picked up within a year in dwingeloo (the netherlands) Or can be shipped.
