Cuprian Adamite Tsumeb Mine (Tsumcorp Mine) Tsumeb, Otjikoto (Oshikoto) Region Namibia This matrix piece of Cuprian Adamite has a spattering of turquoise blue bi-pyramidal crystals. These well-formed opaque crystals exhibit serrated terminations and pop off their Copper-rich matrix. The crystals have grown in layers on top of one another and are quite large for the locality. There is some minor damage, but, otherwise, this is an extremely impressive representation of the variety. There is a collection sticker on the back that reads "TCWT1737." Overall Measurements: 3.28 x 1.86 x 2.10 inches (8.34 x 4.72 x 5.34 cm) Provenance: Central Coast Collection [Scale: 1 inch, with mark at 1 cm]
