An interesting gold plated 'Liberty Coin' watch by the company Curtis dating we believe, to around 1985.
The watch has a gold plated case with coin edge case.
The watch has a circular gold coloured dial with a matt finish and features a raised liberty head motif to the centre.
The watch has and raised star hour markers and two simple black hands.
The dial is named 'Curtis' with the name 'Liberty' to the tiara.
The case back is stamped '151' to the outside while inside is stamped 'Plaque Or G, 10 Microns' (the thickness of the gold plating). It also reads
'Swiss Made' and has a makers mark of 'C.R'.
The watch has a manually wound movement with seventeen Jewels reading ‘Swiss Made’.
The watch comes on a modern black leather strap.

The watch dial has a diameter of 2.9cm and measures 3.5cm across the bezel including the crown.
The watch and strap have a length of 23cm (9 inches) and weigh 26g.

The watch is in a very nice condition with only minimal wear to the case and crystal.
