Czech Republic - Semi-Automatic - Machine Gun

I am selling a skorpion VZ 61S, deactivated in 2019 7. 65 calibre (32 acp) I am selling my VZ which was a category B in the beginning and which moved to category A, I could use it but not sell it so in order to have free possession, I neutralised it. I am selling it with a holster and a magazine and its original box. Since the new law, deactivated weapons can no longer be dismantled and can no longer dry fire. Reasonably negotiable price (consider that the deactivation cost me €) 335) the second magazine is not included in the lot this weapon is registered in my name (even though it is deactivated, see new law) , therefore a firing or hunting license will be needed. I’m not sure just by going through a gunsmith with an identity card and (recent) medical certificate) . (or the famous collector’s card which is practically impossible to get, lol) . No returns or exchanges.
