Condition Report: 04.05.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 1050: I note that the cabinet is currently intact and structurally sturdy, the tambour doors currently operate smoothly, some of the interior tray drawers are tight-fitting and are a bit sticky when opening, others operating smoothly, some of the drawers are lacking removable divider which is supported by a small segment of raised wire, the interior displays minute water spotting, and there is patination/ oxidation of the escutcheons, the unit exhibits typical light surface wear such as abrasions to the side panels and minor chips along the top and lower edge trim, the cabinet would benefit from a light cleaning to resolve minor grime build up commensurate with age and useDetailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
