DANTE (Alighieri) Divina Commedia, edited by Piero da Figino, Venice: Bernardino Benali & Matthio [Capcasa] da Parma, 1491, folio, 3 full page woodcuts, numerous small woodcuts in the text, lacking the first three Cantos of Inferno and two lines of Canto IV (i.e. all before d1, f.XXV), small intermittent brown stain to top margin area, some handling/finger stains, but generally good, final leaf L8 [p.CCLXXXXII], overleaf with early MS notes in Italia; in late 18th century calf, early text missing portion made up with blank leaves, and previous owner's bibliographic notes to 2pp. at the start
