DELLBRUGGE HANS: (1902-1982) German lawyer and SS-Brigadefuhrer, one of the most important employees of Gauleiter Baldur von Schirach in Vienna. T.L.S., Dellbrugge, one page, 4to, Vienna, 2nd April 1942, to [Leo Gotzmann] the Police President of Vienna, in German. Dellbrugge writes following his letter of 13th March 1941 concerning Dr. Haas and remarks 'the complaint is settled insofar as it has been established that it concerns another government councillor Haas', continuing 'Now, however, further allegations are being made against the government councillor Haas at the price control office, namely that he has taken unjustifiable measures against the Anton Weinstabl company' and further explaining 'A fine of RM 8000 was initially imposed, which was later reduced to RM 4000. This case should be made the subject of discussion as soon as the regional economic advisor Rafelsberger returns after Easter'. To the verso of the letter is a T.L.S. by Leo Gotzmann (1893-1945) Austrian lawyer and SS-Brigadefuhrer, Police President of Vienna, one page, 4to, Vienna, 8th April 1942, to Dellbrugge. Gotzmann sends his correspondent a note (no longer present) from the head of the price control office regarding Dr. Haas and the Anton Weinstabl criminal case.
