Yellow gold 750, 187g.Cigarette case, the front decorated with the initials MM and a feathered headdress, each set with circular-cut diamonds totalling ca. 5.0 ct, enhanced by 2 diagonal bands set with carré-cut sapphires of ca. 5.0 ct and circular-cut diamonds totalling ca. 3.8 ct. The pusher set with 1 oval sapphire cabochon of ca. 7 × 5,2 mm. With gold hallmark. Ca. 11 × 8,6 cm.
